The Devil meets its own...Airtel has always had a policy of screwing its customers and they have been rated as the worst performers w.r.t customer service.
This compliant however is against Airtel Employees SCREWING Airtel- in East UP - mobile towers need a lot of diesel to function as power cuts are 15 hours or more-
Airtel Employees are raking in big money under the table by fudging usage and pilferage of fuel... a ground level chap making 15000 as salary is taking home an extra 12000 on the side, the managers take home over 50,000 under the table...
I know this as some close is working in the same region and is afraid to talk ...and then we have Sunil Mittal unable to stop leakage in his own company and talking of increasing our mobile bills.
